who  we  are Modern Mills was founded in the year 1965. Like most of the businesses of the period, the mill was the product of the joint effort of two families: Boubess and Mansour. The production capacity at that time was in the range of 120 tones/day, for a staff of 20. Currently the Modern Mills, a shareholder's company, produces 300 tones/day and has a staff of over 50 people.
	The late Mr. Said Boubess signing the contract for the purchase of the flour mill machinery from Thomas Robinson and Sons Limited.
